What is the Furnished Home scheme? Some of our homes come with furniture to rent. When you are registered for  CHOOSEaHOME you can bid for furnished homes.  THE FURNISHED ACCOMMODATION LEAFLET IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

How do I apply?
First, you must register. Phone us free on 0800 25 26 27 and tell us that you are interested in furnished accommodation.

Once you're registered you can express an interest in any furnished homes you are eligible for, on our CHOOSEaHOME web site. You can also look out for our weekly adverts in the Warrington Guardian and in all our offices.

Furnished homes are available throughout Warrington. They are mainly one bedroomed flats although we have a few houses, two bedroomed flats and bugalows.

What happens if I am offered a furnished home?
We will contact you and arrange a time for you to view the home and discuss choices of furniture and colours. Once this is completed it is usually a week before your furniture is delivered.

If you are offered an unfurnished home, but think you need a frnished home to help you move in, contact us and find out whether we can help you.
