GGH has approximately 1,000 purpose built garages to let through out Warrington. Anyone can apply to rent one and whilst we prefer that they are used for garaging a car, it is possible to consider other uses provided prospective tenants indicate the use prior to accepting a tenancy.

Rents are charged weekly, with 4 'free weeks' a year. In 2006/7 the average rent was £6.45 (plus 17.5% VAT- for non council tenants).

Garage Plot Sites
Throughout Warrington, there are a number of unserviced sites available to rent to enable the tenant to erect their own garage.  Rentals vary depending on the site but payment is due half yearly in advance.
