Customer Suggestion Scheme


Make a suggestion and you could win a prize.

Gift vouchers up to the value of £50 will be awarded for the best ideas. A prize worth £100 will be presented to the customer who makes the best suggestion during the year.

 

How does it work?
If you have a suggestion on how we can improve our service and you let us know about it.

 

How do I let you know?
Its easy just contact us on one of the normal ways - phone, email, letter, in person.....its up to you whatever is easiest for you.  Download our leaflet for more information.

 

What happens then?
All suggestions are investigated before being discussed by the GGH Senior Management Team (SMT), who meet on a monthly basis.  Once a decision has been made on the outcome of the suggestion the customer is informed via a letter to say if they are successful and how we are going to implement the suggestion.  SMT will decide who should progress the implementation of the suggestion then it is put in place. 


How will my suggestion be handled?
Please tick the suggestion box on the leaflet and enter details of your suggestion in the space provided. The leaflet ‘tear off’ section can be sealed, is free post and the return address is provided. Our senior management team meet each month to discuss the viability, cost, efficiencies and ease of implementation of each suggestion. Implemented suggestions lead to improved services, communities and lives and if yours is implemented you will win £50.

 

Recent successful suggestion...

A recent successful suggestion was from Mrs England at Penketh Court Sheltered Scheme who suggested that GGH offer prospective Penketh Court tenants the option of having a fold out bed fitted.  As from February 2009 GGH is looking to pilot this idea and Mrs England has also volunteered to show prospective tenants the fold out bed in her flat.  GGH would like to thank Mrs England for her suggestion.
