Introduction to Tenant Participation (TP)

We want to deliver an excellent service to all our customers. To do this, we believe that you, the people who use our services, should be making decisions with us.  Tenant participation is all about getting customers to share views and ideas, and take part in managing of the housing service and making decisions.  We do not believe that getting involved should put you out of pocket so we pay out of pocket and carers expenses if you attend a GGH meeting or training session.  Getting involved with GGH does not affect any benefits you may currently receive.  If you would like to get involved at a level that suits you, please...
