Peter has worked at Warrington Borough Council since January 1989 when he moved from Liverpool CC.  He started as Principal Housing Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive in November 2003.  Peter has led the housing service through Compulsory Competitive Tendering (CCT), Best Value and the set up of Golden Gates Housing (GGH) as the Council’s Arms Length Management Organisation in February 2004.  In February 2007, GGH were awarded 3 stars excellent prospects by the Audit Commission.  Following an extensive Stock Options study, Peter is now leading the service through the process of transferring the housing stock to GGH Trust which will convert to a Housing Association.

Peter is married with 2 grown up daughters.  He enjoys most sports and likes to keep fit in the gym.

Angela has over 15 year of experience of working in housing.
She joined WBC in 2002 from Harvest Housing Group and was appointed to the post of Commercial Business Manager in GGH in 2004.
Angela is married to Graham and has a baby daughter Laura. In her spare time (when she has any) she enjoys reading, cooking and genealogy.
