We want to be a three-star excellent housing service, which will continuously improve the quality of life for our customers.

Our Mission
We want to provide excellent services, quality homes and neighbourhoods, and vibrant communities.

Our service Aims
We aim to:
  • achieve the Decent Homes Standard by March 2008 by targeting investment in our homes for the future
  • provide a housing service that meets the needs and ambitions of the wide-ranging communities of Warrington
  • make the most of customer involvement and choice and aim for the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • actively deal with all forms of anti-social behaviour
  • achieve top-25% performance in all our key national indicators
  • continuously improve services through Best Value and new ideas driven by information technology.

 

Our wider Aims
We will help Warrington Borough Council deliver their vision for a community in which:

  • everyones quality of life is improved in a responsible way which takes account of the effects on future generations
  • no person, family, group or area is so excluded that they cannot take part in the economic, social, political, physical and cultural life of Warrington.


We will do this by

  • investing in improving local neighbourhoods
  • getting involved with local communities, particularly hard-to-reach groups
  • contributing to improved educational achievement and strengthening the skills of local people
  • promoting community safety and reducing crime
  • reducing inequalities in peoples health
  • improving quality and choice in local housing.
