Golden Gates Housing (GGH) was set up on 21 January 2004, to manage and maintain Council homes on behalf of Warrington Borough Council.

The Company is responsible for managing all landlord services for Warrington Borough Council's 8,749 homes including rent collection, repairs and maintenance, dealing with empty properties and all tenancy matters.   GGH also deals with other functions on behalf of the Council such as council house sales.

Golden Gates Housing is a not for profit Company limited by guarantee.
