Right To Repair are government regulations which apply to a small number of repairs. If we do not complete a Right to Repair job on time, you can ask us to instruct a second contractor who must complete the work within the second agreed period. In some cases we may pay compensation if the works are not completed. When you report a repair we will issue you with a repair receipt, which will identify any repairs covered by this legislation.
